We are looking for an organized and collaborative Project Manager to join our R&D team and manage internal projects while serving as a bridge between R&D and Security Labs (our internal customer). In this role, you will oversee project execution within R&D, facilitate cross-departmental coordination, and ensure that the tools and support we deliver to Security Labs are well-planned, tracked, and aligned with their needs. You will report to the VP of R&D and play a key role in establishing and improving our internal project management practices.

• B.Sc. (Industrial or other Engineering)
• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in tech or engineering environments
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work effectively across departments
• Ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools (Jira, Notion)
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  
  Nice-to-have:
• Experience in matrix organizations or cross-functional team coordination
• Knowledge of R&D workflows and product development processes

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight & Execution: Manage multiple R&D projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met. Monitor project health, track progress toward milestones, and ensure predefined milestone checks are conducted on schedule
• Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary coordinator between R&D and Security Labs, ensuring clear communication of project scope, timelines, and dependencies. Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with Security Labs to discuss new features, present changes, and collect feature requests
• Requirements & Translation: Work with Security Labs to understand their needs and help translate them into actionable R&D project plans and tasks. Ensure that longer projects have clear objectives (Who, Why, etc.) defined upfront
• Quality Assurance & Support Monitoring: Ensure that team members receive timely feedback on their work and that internal customers receive the support they expect. Identify situations where team members are stuck or moving slowly and escalate to facilitate help and resolution
• Cross-Departmental Bridge: Facilitate knowledge transfer and collaboration between R&D and Security Labs, ensuring smooth handoff of tools and support. Coordinate testing and validation of tools/features before they are passed to Security Labs
• Process & Tool Optimization: Define, implement, and continuously improve project management processes, tools, and working methods within R&D. Make better use of project tracking tools (Jira) to manage and monitor tasks. Maintain KPIs and tracking fields to improve visibility and resource utilization
• External Customer Alignment: On a regular basis, check with TAMs to ensure R&D adequately supports external customer needs. When breaking changes occur in our tooling, coordinate with TAMs and stakeholders on communication and resolution strategies
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain clear project records, lessons learned, and best practices documentation for team reference
